1. PAYMENT METHODS: Payment options offered and accepted at this site include VISA, American Express, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards. You may also mail payment in the form of checks or money orders to: Datona Publishing & Distribution, P.O. Box 341111, Los Angeles, CA 90034-9111.
2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS: If you wish to cancel an order placed from this site, please notify the company, in writing, within 48-72 hours of your purchase. No cancellations will be accepted on orders 4 or more days old. Order changes and cancellation requests may be sent to: sales@datonapublishing.com or to
datonapublishing@gmail.com.3. SHIPPING TERMS & CHARGES: Based on item inventory and availability, shipping times may vary for different items purchased on the same order. You will always be notified if there has been a delay in shipping, or if an item you have requested is to be back-ordered.
Items purchased from this site will be sent via standard USPS and any other standard lowest-cost mode. Customers requesting a different delivery mode will be required to agree to pay for incurred charges.
Excluding territories considered to be in international shipping zones and customer change(s) in delivery mode, no delivery charge will be placed on standard postal shipments made to addresses located in the U.S. and Canada.
Delivery charges will added to all international orders, and for any special delivery services such as priority and express delivery, or registered parcel post. Depending on shipment weights, delivery destination, and number of items purchased, shipping costs are usually $10.00 and above depending on shipping/delivery mode used. Generally, International customers should expect to incur shipping costs ranging from $3.50 - $12.95 for the 1st item, and between $1.00 - $5.00 for each additional item sent on a single order.
For any newly introduced Datona Publishing & Distribution product, and where stated on a book's product description page, International customers will be charged a flat fee of $3.50 for shipping of the 1st copy and $1.00 for each additional item (any title) that is purchased on the same order.
Shipping terms and rates shown are subject to change at any time, without prior notice, and will be reflected on your invoice at the most recent rates posted to the Shipping Chart.
4. RETURNS: Your invoice or receipt provides information about the items you ordered. All items are sold "as is." If you ordered the wrong item and wish to return it, please send it via standard postal mail to the company contact address shown. Be sure to include your return address, telephone number, and order number on all package information. No returns will be accepted 30 days from the receipt date (45 days for non-US, non-Canada orders). As part of this Returns Policy, NO REFUNDS will be issued for items returned in torn, dirty, defaced, vandalized, broken, or otherwise damaged condition.

PRIVACY: Information collected from you for this website is limited to personal or entity information required for completion of communications or transactions conducted between yourself and Datona Publishing & Distribution. Such information is limited to your name, entity or company's name (for trade sales), billing and shipping addresses, e-mail address, and may include telephone and fax numbers, as well as account numbers assigned to you via this website.
For your privacy, Datona Publishing & Distribution does not collect d.o.b. (date-of-birth), Social Security numbers (United States), or other restricted or private information.
7. USE OF INFORMATION: As necessary, your name, telephone number and shipping address is shared with shipping/postal companies responsible for delivery of your order. Additional information entered by you in the secured site pages used for collection of credit card and other billing information is shared only with authorized 3rd parties that include your credit card bank. Use of such information is restricted to that for trans-action purposes only, not for any other.
Contact information collected from Trade Members and related organizations is used for processing of transactions and for trade notifications only.
8. OPT-OUT: Your e-mail address is required for confirmation of orders or other processing purposes. It may also be used to notify you of future sales events at this site. Your express (verbal or written) consent would be required should any other use be intended or planned. If you wish to opt-out of the e-mail list, you may do so at any time by sending e-mail notification to Datona Publishing & Distribution. 9. CONTRACT AGE: Laws of the State of California do not permit binding agreements with persons under age 21. Such agreements would include contracts and transactional dealings such as purchases from a website. If you are a customer under 21 years of age, please request that someone over 21 years old make the purchase for you.
10. CUSTOMER PROFILING: Datona Publishing & Distribution does not conduct surveys or customer profiling from this site or from any other location.
